The TubeSpooler™
Dispensing Pex tubing for slabs is easy, you simply roll it. But when dispensing for a wood floor you must be very careful to prevent kinks or twists in the tubing. Most tubing manufacturers offer tubing dispensers for the professional installer, some cost over $1000.00 and some we have tried do not work very well. We developed the TUBESPOOLER ™ to be simple, inexpensive and disposable. Our packages come with very clear instructions for slabs, overhead, crawl spaces, overlays and scissor truss floors.
Comes with instructions on how to use it. It is very important that the tubing is taken off the coil without putting twists in it. The TUBESPOOLER™ consists of a heavy duty bearing assembly, a round piece of 3/4 inch plywood 36 inches in diameter and a plastic spool. It is needed only for wood floor tubing installations.
