Our radiant packages are complete with everything you need but the thermostat wire and venting pipe.
We Guarantee It! Anything we leave out we will furnish for free.
Rough Pricing Guidelines
In our experience, customers who have a radiant floor heating system installed by a local professional will spend $8.00 to $12.00 per square foot. We’re able to offer our complete packages as low as $3.00 per sq. ft. (That does include a heat source.)
Some people believe they can save money by designing their own systems. We take calls on a weekly basis from folks who've gotten themselves in trouble that way. Invariably, we find that ultimately, they would have saved valuable time and money by ordering one of our complete in-floor heating systems. Although we do occasionally sell some components, we can only guarantee our complete radiant floor heating packages. Service after the sale, we are the best, ask our customers.
Basic packages include:
- Either a 100,000 BTU Polaris Combo Heater OR
- a 125,000 BTU Bock Combo Heater, OR
- a 30,000 to 100,000 BTU modulating Triangle Tube boiler
- 1/2" PEX tubing, Full house anti-scald valve, T&P relief valve, Brass Zone manifolds, Zone actuators, High Head Bronze (open system) or Cast Iron (closed system) circulating pump, Brass fittings, PEX adapters, Extra PEX repair couplings, Tubing cutter, Brass Manifold and Control Box mounted on 3/4" Melamine, pressure and electrical tested.

- Use the chart below to find the amount of tubing you will need.
- Choose the type of fuel you will use.
- Choose the type of boiler you will use.
- Add the few extra's needed to install your package.

Step Two: Choose your fuel.
- Natural Gas: This is your best choice if it is available. It will cost less per month, is very clean, and vents through the wall.
- Oil: This is your next best choice if Nat Gas is not available. It will cost at about 40% less than propane and 60% less than electric. It will need a service call once a year. It does need a chimney.
- Propane: Propane is typically more expensive than natural gas or oil, but is often the best solution where those fuels are not available or when propane is already on site for other reasons
- Electricity: Electricity is available almost everywhere and may now be the most cost effective alternative for some geographies and situations.
- Wood: We are not a direct supplier of wood boilers. Greenwood Technologies offers an excellent wood-fired boiler through their website www.greenwoodtechnologies.com. We can provide the rest of your Radiant package.

In a Closed System the heating water does not intermingle with the domestic water.
In an Indirect System a heat exchanger allows you to use a single heat source while keeping the domestic water separated from the heating water.
In an Open System the heating water and domestic water mix freely.

Shipping Policy
It is the goal of Radiant Direct to exceed the customers expectations in products and services. Radiant Direct must be notified within 72 hours of any damages or claims will not be honored.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 30 business days of receipt. To initiate a return, call 888-298-6036 expressing your desire to return the product. It is the ultimate responsibility of the customer to ensure that the unit is shipped back to us in sellable condition. Upon receipt of the item in the original packaging, and in new, unused condition Radiant Direct will issue a refund for the purchase amount less original shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee.
